Adam Gattuso has over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, community relations, and government administration. He has worked as a campaign manager and advisor for local, state and federal officials in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to joining Monroe Energy in 2013, Adam was the Southeast Regional Director in the Office of the Pennsylvania Governor, where he managed eight counties representing more than 40 percent of the Commonwealth’s population. In that role, he was responsible for briefing the governor on critical issues, and served as a liaison between constituents, business and community leaders, elected officials, and state agencies.
In his position at Monroe, Adam manages all internal and external plant and pipeline communications, follows crucial developments in Harrisburg, and in Washington, as well as conducts various outreach and advocacy programs both within the local community and on a national scale.
Through the support of his colleagues, Adam has built a culture of engagement and giving at the Trainer refinery. Adam has worked to foster and encourage many individual Monroe team members’ involvement with a wide variety of charitable endeavors and volunteer efforts, and as a result, Monroe has earned a reputation in our community as a company that cares.
He currently serves on numerous community, economic, and educational boards in Delaware County. Adam resides in Harleysville, Pennsylvania with his wife and son.
